I haven't been able to find the All-Conference soccer team on the KCAC Sports website, but the Kansan.com posted the following article on November 4th.

Below are the 2008 All-Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference teams as selected by the conference coaches:

MEN - FIRST TEAM

GK Robert Carrillo, Kansas Wesleyan, sr.
B Juan Mundo, Kansas Wesleyan, sr.
B Tyler Tank, McPherson, fr.,
B Justin Martens, Sterling, jr.
B Yenikah Fon, Bethel, sr.
MF Derek Dodrill, Kansas Wesleyan, so.
MF Jorge Bueso, Sterling, sr.
MF Liam McLean, Tabor, fr.
MF Colin Wylie, Ottawa, jr.
F Armando Rodriguez, McPherson, jr.
F Kevin TenEyck, Friends, sr.
F Jose Garay, Kansas Wesleyan, jr.
F Ryan Covey, Sterling, sr.

By finishing 7th in the conference, Sterling was awarded a total of only three honored players, according to conference soccer guidelines. All three players made the first team, whch means no Sterling players were selected to the second team or honorable mention list, including Mladen Bjelica (who finished tied for 1st in most assists and tied for 2nd in assists per game average) and Shawn Sajjadi (who finished tied for 5th in assists per game).
